PowerCash Privacy Policy

This policy explains what PowerCash collects when you use the app and how it is used. By using PowerCash you agree to it.
What we collect
- Account information. A random account identifier is created when you first open the app. If you choose to sign in, we also receive the name and email address your sign-in provider shares with us.
- Things you enter. Your display name, profile picture, chat messages, support messages, and any other details you choose to type into the app.
- Device information. Device and advertising identifiers, a notification token if you turn notifications on, your app version, and crash and performance data.
- Purchase records. When you buy something through the App Store or Google Play we receive a record of the purchase from the store. We never see your card or bank details.
- Usage. How you use the app, such as which screens you open and which features you use.
How we use it
- To run the game and keep your progress attached to your account.
- To show and measure ads, and to remember your ad choices.
- To send notifications you have turned on.
- To answer your support messages.
- To keep the app fair and secure, and to prevent abuse.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Who else sees it
We use service providers to operate the app, mainly Google (Firebase and AdMob) and the app stores (Apple and Google). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Your display name and profile picture are visible to other players in places such as chat and leaderboards. We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
- You can change your ad choices at any time in the app under Me → Ad privacy.
- You can turn notifications off in your device settings.
- You can delete your account and its data in the app under Me → Delete account and data. Some records may be kept where the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep your data while your account exists and for as long as needed for the purposes above. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
Age
PowerCash is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
