PowerCash Terms of Service

These terms apply to the PowerCash app. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You may hold one account, and you are responsible for what happens on it.

The game

PowerCash is a game. Coins, bolts, plants, lands and every other item in it are virtual game items provided for your entertainment. We may change, balance, add or remove game features at any time.

Purchases

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store's terms, including its refund rules. We do not handle your payment details.

Fair play

Do not cheat, use bots or automation, exploit bugs, create multiple accounts, or harass other players in chat. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or that we believe are being misused.

Your content

You are responsible for anything you post in the app, and you give us permission to display it within the app. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Availability

The app is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may stop offering it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
